V8 Supercars has finally confirmed its core group of on-air talent for the new season’s television broadcasts.
As previously reported, Greg Rust, Neil Crompton, Greg Murphy and Riana Crehan will anchor the telecast team for V8TV, which provides the basis of both the Fox Sports and Ten Sport telecasts.
Rust and Crompton will commentate the track sessions, with Murphy and Crehan reporting from pitlane.
Chad Neylon has been confirmed to call support races for the coverage, with Kylie King also involved through colour pieces.
Fox and Ten will meanwhile have their own hosts and analysts, some of which are still yet to be officially confirmed.
Ten has already announced that Matthew White will front its coverage, which will feature Mark Webber at selected events. Mark Larkham is also expected to be part of Ten’s final line-up.
Fox’s plans are meanwhile understood to include former drivers Mark Skaife and Russell Ingall, as well as regular network motorsport host Jessica Yates.
Fox will broadcast seven hours of coverage from Sydney Motorsport Park’s pre-season test on Sunday, followed by a 60 minute highlights package on Ten.
