World championship leader Kimi Antonelli topped final Monaco practice with a 1m12.720s , finishing 0.327s clear of Charles Leclerc, with Lewis Hamilton completing the top three for Ferrari just four thousandths further back.
George Russell was fourth for Mercedes, while Max Verstappen placed fifth for Red Bull, with Oscar Piastri sixth and the only other driver within a second of the benchmark.
Behind the leading group, Gabriel Bortoleto was seventh for Audi ahead of Isack Hadjar and Lando Norris, while Nico Hülkenberg rounded out the top 10.
Cars now turn their attention to qualifying for the Monaco Grand Prix at 4pm local time (midnight AEST).
