The New Zealander’s entry will be backed by NationsGuard with Kevin Manion as his crew chief.
Van Gisbergen made his first Truck Series start this season with Niece Motorsport at Watkins Glen where he finished third.
He then joined Spire Motorsports at Charlotte Motor Speedway, finishing 15th in a rain-delayed affair despite a spin.
The entry list features 39 drivers, including high-profile additions Christopher Bell (Halmar Friesen Racing) and Ryan Newman (Kaulig Racing).
The NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series FaithFest 250 at North Wilkesboro Speedway gets is scheduled for Sunday at 2:30am AEST.
