The Food City 500 at Bristol Motor Speedway has been postponed to Monday (local time) due to rain.
The Xfinity Series race of a day earlier was suspended for nearly two hours when rain hit the half-mile speedway, before more falls through the night and into the morning.
Kyle Larson will start from pole on the basis of owners' points after Friday's qualifying session was also washed out.
With the showers cleaning the track of rubber, a competition caution has already been scheduled for Lap 60 of the 500-lap race in order to allow crews to check tyre wear.
The Food City 500, the eighth race of this year's Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, will now get underway at 1300 local time (Tuesday 0300 AEST).
