Lee Holdsworth has been ousted from tomorrow's top 10 shoot-out.
The Garry Rogers Motorsport driver qualified eighth in his Fujitsu Racing Commodore VE, but failed to present his car for weighing at the conclusion of the qualifying session.
The stewards imposed a penalty of a loss of five grid positions on the Holdsworth/Greg Ritter entry.
The penalty means that Holdsworth/Ritter will start the Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 from 13th place.
“I'm very disappointed,” Holdsworth told Speedcafe.com.
“I worked my arse off to get into the top 10. If you're in the 10, you have a shot at pole. Now I'm starting 13th, and that's where all the drama happens.
“We were told in the stewards hearing that we were directed to the scales via a radio call, but no one in our team heard it. We got screwed over.”
The move promotes Will Davison/Luke Youlden into 10th place.
