The latest episode of the ‘Trackside’ documentary series goes behind the scenes with car #62 of McLeod and Canadian Marco Signoretti, and their teammates Erick Evans and Nathan Vanspringel in car #61.
Offering insight from all four drivers, the episode digs into the emotions and how drivers rode the highs and lows of the race weekend.
Outside of the on-track action, the episode also gives a brief look into the somewhat tense nature of McLeod’s push to climb higher on the Ford Racing ladder.
“We’re all pretty good mates, we’re getting along,” McLeod said.
“But at the same time, you’re still racing them for a drive, so, be nice and be a mate, but you’ve still got to be careful.”

The car appeared to have race winning speed, but a 10 second penalty in the opening race for a start infringement ended any hopes of a stunning debut victory, with the pair forced to settle for seventh.
Cameo appearances in Europe are just the first steps in McLeod’s journey to the pinnacle of endurance racing, with the 21-year-old’s sights firmly set on Ford’s new Hypercar program.
McLeod and co-driver Mason Harvey sit second in the Monochrome GT4 Australia standings, trailing Tom Hayman and Jett Murray by just 11 points with three rounds remaining.
