Darwin local Fullwood led from lights to flag, unchallenged at the front of the field, taking victory by 8.1s.
Formula Ford graduate Joe Fawcett came home in second place, taking the second step of the podium away from Josh Anderson in the closing minutes.
Anderson admitted post-race that he was physically exhausted in the heat, unable to hold second place with sustained pressure from Fawcett.
Toyota GR Cup front-runner Brock Stinson came home in fourth in his series debut for HMO Customer Racing, ahead of Triple Eight-backed Jack Perkins.
Triple Eight junior Oli Wickham crossed the line in fifth, however was given a five second penalty for making contact with Perkins at the hairpin, relegated to sixth.
Josh Trappett was seventh, ahead of second generation driver Matt Kiss.

Ben Dunn finished 11th, with Keith Kassulke in 12th.

Territory Tourers
Ross Salmon took the win in Race 1 of the Territory Tourers in unexpected fashion.
Rodney Jessup started from pole position and led the majority of the race, however an issue forced him to pull off the circuit, relinquishing a 20-second lead.
Eddie Austin came home in second to be the lead Commodore Cup contender ahead of David Ling.
Connor Kroonstuiver came home in eight outright to take the Hyundai Excel honours after a close battle with Aleeanz Voltz and Noah Grosser.
Renee Cullen was the lead HQ Holden contender, finishing 15th outright.
The Territory Tourers return on Sunday for Race 2 at 9:15am.
