Ryan Suhle held on to second place ahead of Robb while Daniel Quimby and Lincoln Taylor rounded out the top five after a late battle.
Williams lost the lead on the opening lap to Suhle and set about chasing his teammate down over the first half of the race.
On Lap 9, Suhle ran slightly deep over the kerbs at Turn 8, allowing Williams to get a run through the fast Turn 9 and 10 sweeper, taking the lead with a decisive move into the hairpin.

Toyota Gazoo Racing Australia GR Cup
Cooper Barnes took a comfortable victory in the third and final GR Cup race of the weekend as drama struck championship leader Brock Stinson.
Barnes took the lead after a close battle in the early laps, leading home Pip Casabene by almost three seconds.
Jack Szewczuk took third place ahead of Lachlan Gibbons, while Liam Gerges crossed the line in fifth from an 18th place start.
Gerges was awarded a five second penalty for an on-track incident, dropping him to eighth and promoting Zane Rinaldi into the top five.
Stinson’s top three run was thwarted by a flat left rear tyre at the mid-point of the race, leaving him a lowly 25th on track.
The championship leader continued to circulate on the shredded tyre, banking crucial championship points in the battle with Barnes.
Invited drivers Chris Pither and Todd Hazelwood battled in the mid-pack, coming home 14th and 17th respectively.

Aussie Racing Cars
Brandon Madden took the win in Race 4 on Sunday morning by the narrowest of margins over Diesel Thomas to seal the round victory.
Having built a cushion back in the middle of the race, Madden’s lead evaporated in the closing laps.
Diesel fought back, reeling in the leader in a drag race to the line, but coming up just short.
Madden’s margin of victory was just 0.0298s.

Matt Basso took third on the final lap from Reece Chapman, while Cody McKay rounded out the top five.
The safety car was deployed on Lap 2 when Hayden Nissen and Dylan Thomas came into contact at Turn 2, as Nissen’s front left wheel rode up on top of Dylan’s right front, leaving both cars stranded.
Rossi Johnson had worked his way back into the top 10 after an all-night repair following yesterday’s crash and fire but was caught out in the mid-pack on the restart, falling back to 14th.
Several front-runners encountered issues, including eventual fourth place finisher Chapman, who was forced to pit under safety car with bodywork damage.
Despite the setback, the former series regular carved his way back through the field in the final laps.
Jack Boyd slowed just one lap after the restart with a mechanical issue sidelining his top five run.
In the closing laps, Scott Dornan made contact with Chapman heading into Turn 7, sending both cars through the grass.
Chapman recovered to continue, while Dornan slowed out of Turn 10 with an issue.
Aussie Racing Cars will return for its fourth round at the Ipswich Super440 on August 21-23.
Touring Car Masters
Reigning champion Joel Heinrich stamped his series return with a dominant performance in Race 2 on Sunday morning.
Heinrich took the lead after battling side-by-side with Steven Johnson for half of the opening lap, checking out to a commanding lead, winning by 6.6s.
Johnson battled to a hard-fought second place, leading home Ryan Hansford.
Danny Buzadzic held on to fourth position ahead of a hard-charging Angus Fogg in the invitational class entry from New Zealand.
Jordan Cox brought the Improved Production Mazda RX-7 home in sixth place, narrowly beating Scott Cameron’s Chevrolet Camaro on the final lap.
The battle for sixth continued for several laps as the drivers exploited their cars’ different strengths.
Cox could pass Cameron through the hairpin and into the final corner, before the Camaro surged back past the RX-7 on the long pit straight.

Johnson fought back in Race 3 to take victory and seal a second consecutive round victory, holding off a late charge from Fogg.
Hansford held on to third position, coming home ahead of Andrew Fisher, with Dave Casey rounding out the top five.
Several key runners were taken out of the running.
Heinrich retired with mechanical issues after just two laps while running strongly in the top five.
The safety car was deployed when Cox and Marcus Zukanovic made contact through the fast Turn 10 sweeper.
Zukanovic’s XD Falcon made heavy contact with the outside wall, while Cox’s RX-7 nosed into the inside barrier.
Johnson led the field away at the restart, setting up a one-lap dash.
Heading down into Turn 2, Adam Garwood locked his rear tyres and spun, collecting Jim Pollicina.
