Paul Morris Motorsport drivers have taken the spoils in the two Fujitsu V8 Supercars Series practice sessions at Queensland Raceway today.
Paul Morris, sporting a new livery from Sargent Security, topped the first session times, before Jack Perkins (who will drive the PMM-prepared Supercheap Auto Commodore with Russell Ingall at Phillip Island and Bathurst) edged the field in Session 2.
On combined times, Perkins set the fastest time of day with a 1m11.2015s in his Supercheap Auto/Bob Jane T-Marts Falcon, prepared by Sonic Motor Racing.
The first session saw Morris fastest from Andrew Thompson, Nick Percat, Andrew Jones (in a new Team BOC livery), Perkins, Cameron McConville, Rodney Jane, Ashley Walsh, David Russell and Marcus Zukanovic.
Behind Perkins in the second session was Jones, Thompson, Percat, Kiwi driver Daniel Jilesen, Jane, Morris, McConville, Scott McLaughlin and Drew Russell.
The Fujitsu V8 Series will hold one race tomorrow (to be broadcast live on the Seven Network), followed by two races on Sunday.
