Karl Reindler and Daniel Gaunt have created their own retrospective livery for this weekend's Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000.
While the look of the car does not replicate any particular car from the past, its plain white scheme with green racing stripes down the right hand side of the car has been designed to represent a 1960s-style look.
The special design has been implemented to celebrate the 50th year of ‘The Great Race' at Bathurst. There will be almost 10 new-look cars compete at Bathurst this weekend.
Australian Business Manager for Fair Dinkum Sheds Nathan Caines says that he is looking forward to seeing the car on the track at Bathurst.
“We're excited to see this young team hit the track in an old style livery and are looking forward to the big race on Sunday,” he said.
“There's nothing more Fair Dinkum than the passion that V8 fans have for Bathurst.”
Track action kicks off at Mount Panorama on Thursday.
