Red Bull completed a clinical preparation in Practice 2 with Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber finishing with the top two times in the lead-up to the Hungarian Grand Prix.
Vettel and Webber exchanged strategies, alternating on soft and medium compound rubber as Red Bull optimised its data gathering as temperatures soared at the 4.3km circuit.
The German clocked 1:21.264s to nudge Webber by .044s inside the first third of the 90-minute session, repeating their positions in opening practice earlier in the day.
Lotus driver Romain Grosjean was third fastest in 1:21.417s after earlier looking like challenging Vettel at the top before becoming untidy in the final sector of his lap.
Fernando Alonso continues to give Ferrari hope by nailing the fourth fastest time just ahead of his team-mate Felipe Massa.
Vettel’s benchmark easily eclipsed his previous best in P2 by 1.2s as the Red Bull driver executed the elaborate practice plans to the letter.

The triple world champion headed back out for a fourth run with just over 20 minutes remaining however he did not last long – five laps before he pitted and switched back to mediums for the remainder of P2.
Mercedes duo Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg were sixth and seventh fastest ahead of Kimi Raikkonen with Jenson Button and Adrian Sutil completing the top 10.
