Renault will take the covers off its race livery at an event in Melbourne next week ahead of the season opening Australian Grand Prix.
The French manufacturer hinted that its livery would change before the start of the new campaign after launching its new RS16 in a black and yellow colour scheme in Paris last month.
Having run the livery during pre-season testing, it has now since been confirmed that its definitive colours for the season will be unveiled on Wednesday evening in Melbourne.
Former McLaren driver Kevin Magnussen and 2014 GP2 champion Jolyon Palmer will drive the RS16 this year as Renault returns to Formula 1 this year as a full blown manufacturer effort.
The team heads to Melbourne following two challenging pre-season tests at Spain’s Circuit de Catalunya, which saw the RS16 suffer several mechanical issues.
