Brad Jones Racing is inviting fans to design the livery which the Pizza Hut Camaro Supercar will race with at next month's Adelaide 500.
Macauley Jones' #96 entry has already featured a number of striking looks in 2023, including one dripping in ‘Mutagen Ooze' as part of a tie-in between the pizza chain and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle: Mutant Mayhem film.
According to BJR's announcement, almost anything goes, so long as it is “inspired by the legendary Pizza Hut brand”.
Macauley Jones said, “I love this concept from Pizza Hut and I can't wait to see what we're going to get.
“They've been able to knock it out of the park and this is another awesome way to bring fans into our team.
“Honestly, I'd love to see something absolutely wild on the car – the crazier, the better.
“But we'll see what comes through and I'll be stoked no matter what.”
Simon Stocks, Director Of Marketing and Digital at Pizza Hut Australia, added, “We turned Car #96 into the TMNT car and the overwhelming fan response inspired us to embark on something new – something that every fan can be a part of.
“It doesn't matter if you're not a BJR or Pizza Hut enthusiast, or even a Supercars superfan. We simply seek a fresh, unprecedented, and daring approach.
“Seeing your design on a Supercar is a rare and extraordinary opportunity that Pizza Hut wishes to offer to its fans.
“Keep in mind, your submission need not be flawless; we embrace imperfections and encourage entries from those under 10 too. Let the creativity flow and enjoy the journey!”
Fans are encouraged to submit their livery designs to competitions@pizzahutaustralia.com.au by October 29.
The Adelaide 500, the 2023 Supercars season finale, takes place on November 23-26.
