The plan was teased last week with news the US-based, Dick Johnson Racing-built Gen3 Mustang owned by Ford was headed for Europe.
Stop one on Euro the tour is this weekend’s Red Bull Drift Masters event at Mondello Park in Ireland.
There it will be driven by Brit Matt Nicoll-Jones – a driver coach who owns Ford-backed Mustang GT4 squad Academy Motorsport
It’ll then head to the Austrian Grand Prix, where 2024 Supercars champion Will Brown will cut demonstration laps during the June 26-28 event.
Triple Eight MD Jamie Whincup will then be behind the wheel for the Goodwood Festival of Speed in the UK across July 9-12.
The tour concludes with Brown’s co-driver Scott Pye set to steer at the Red Bull Showrun in Riga, Latvia, on August 15.

It’s a promotional blitz that comes amid Triple Eight’s first season with Ford, which works closely alongside Red Bull in various racing series including Formula 1.
“It is great to see how Triple Eight and Red Bull have embraced the off-track activities and worked to bring this incredible car to more fans around the world,” said Ford Racing boss Mark Rushbrook.
“We are delighted to support the European tour for the car and look forward to exciting crowds across the continent with the speed, power and noise of our Australian Supercars Mustang.”
The US-based Supercar first appeared in Red Bull colours when it was driven by Max Verstappen in a Ford video earlier this year.
Whincup then drove it on the Homestead-Miami Oval last month and is eager to show off the Supercars product in Europe.
“There’s no other racing series quite like Supercars – we know that,” he said.
“We saw that ‘flying’ through the streets of the Gold Coast and the racing at Bathurst, once you experience a Supercars race, see it and hear it, you’re hooked.
“Our goal is to bring what we do to a whole new audience, keep building our passionate fan base that follow the blue oval and the Red Bull Ampol Racing team, and show the fans back here the cool things we get up to while we’re not competing in the Supercars Championship.”
Brown also lauded the chance to spruik Supercars to the world.
“We see so many people commenting on Supercars race highlights, and they’re commenting from overseas,” he said.
“They’re loving what we’re doing here when we race. It’s another way to connect with them and get them into the sport.
“Then there’s the off track stuff too, in Ireland, Goodwood and Latvia as well.
“We’ll get to be a part of all the action, show our fans behind the scenes everywhere we go over there. That’s the exciting bit for me!”
