Repeating the flawless performances displayed at The Bend, Anderson led from lights to flag, taking an unchallenged win by 4.4s.
Anderson nursed the car home despite hints of smoke emerging from the rear in the closing minutes.
Oli Wickham came home second in his series debut, taking the second step of the podium from teammate Jack Perkins in the early laps.
Perkins held on to take third, admitting post-race that a mistake on the exit of Turn 6 allowed Wickham through easily.
Formula Ford graduate Joe Fawcett was fourth, while Josh Trappett rounded out the top five.
John Goodacre finished sixth to take the Dark Horse Legends class honours, one lap clear of his next competitor.

TA2 racer Patrick Neville suffered a right-front tyre failure shortly ahead of the halfway point, leaving him in 11th spot, some three laps off the pace.
Motorcraft Mustang Cup Australia returns for one more qualifying session ahead of its second race on Sunday at 9:00am AEST.
Porsche Michelin Sprint Challenge Australia
Hunter Robb took victory in the first of three Sprint Challenge contests under the setting sun on Friday afternoon.
The Kiwi’s lighting start rocketed the Jones Motorsport entry from fourth to the lead, which he would never relinquish.
Robb led home Johor Motorsports Racing junior Hayden Haikal, who dropped back after a poor launch.
Lincoln Taylor brought the #78 TekworkX Motorsport entry home in third, while Xavier Avramides and Lincoln Evans rounded out the top five.
A late battle for second between Haikal and Daniel Quimby resulted in the latter forced off at Turn 3 on the final lap, failing to finish.
Haikal was ultimately penalised for the contact, dropping him outside the top 10 in final results.
Anthony Gilbertson continued his stranglehold on the Pro-Am class with another race win, finishing ninth outright.
Race 2 on Saturday morning was started under the control of the safety car due to overnight rain leaving tricky drying conditions.
After several laps under yellow flag conditions, the race got underway, with Robb leading the field.
Tim Farrell spun through Turn 1 on the start, rolling back onto the track surface, leaving nowhere for Haikal or Eric Constantinidis to go.
The pair made heavy contact with the stricken Farrell machine, immediately drawing the safety car again.
A three lap dash to the finish followed the restart, where Robb led the field away.
His lead vanished after just half a lap, when the Kiwi ran wide at Turn 4, dropping to third spot.
Taylor inherited the lead as a result, and held on to take his first Porsche win.
Robb recovered to second place, ahead of Avramides, Kobi Williams, and Ryan Suhle.

Taylor went back-to-back on Saturday, taking victory in the Jim Richards Enduro Cup race after an intense battle with Williams.
After getting the jump over Robb off the start, Taylor accelerated away up the road, building a comfortable margin.
Robb struggled for pace early on, falling back into the clutches of those behind, as Williams, Avramides, and Quimby all worked their way past.
Once again, Williams demonstrated substantial pace in the longest race of the weekend, chasing down the leader in the middle portion of the race.
Swapping the lead twice in the closing laps, Taylor held on to take his second Sprint Challenge win, and his first round win.
Williams, Avramides, Quimby, and Suhle rounded out the top five, with Robb slipping back to sixth at the finish.
Porsche Michelin Sprint Challenge is now concluded for the weekend, returning at the Townsville 500 from July 10-12.
Radical Cup Australia
Bryce Moore and Chris Reindler led the opening 50-minute Radical Cup affair from lights to flag, taking a comfortable win over former series champion Peter Paddon.
Brad Russell rounded out the top three from fifth on the grid, while Clint Hancock and James Hernandez rounded out the top five.
Volante Rosso’s Josh Hunt and Peter Clare were poised for a top five finish, but a 15s penalty for a pit stop procedural error could not be overcome, leaving the pair relegated to sixth.
Rookie Isaac McNeill was unable to capitalise on a front row start, with an issue side-lining the teenager after just a handful of laps.
Radical Cup Australia returns on Sunday for one final 50-minute race at 2:35pm.
