Speedcafe.com’s Grant Rowley is joined by Supercheap Auto Racing endurance driver Jack Perkins, alongside V8 Supercars Championship commentator Chris Jewell to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of each team leading into the L&H 500 Phillip Island and Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000.

Traditionally, at least one of the Garry Rogers Motorsport Commodores is among the top six in the V8 Supercars endurance races.

The Victorian team knows what to do in the category’s most important races of the year, but can they do it in 2011? With uncertainly around Lee Holdsworth driving future and a season of results below its average, victory at Phillip Island or Bathurst might be out of its reach. Or is it? At Bathurst last year, Holdsworth and David Besnard were the only outfit that looked capable of challenging TeamVodafone. This year, Besnard has left the team, with Greg Ritter slotting in alongside Holdsworth and Caruso to be joined by the versatile Marcus Marshall.
