Australian Production Car Series
Beric Lynton and Tim Leahy landed victory and the title following a dramatic late race development.
In the final stages of the four-hour race, Aaron Seton lost a wheel soon after taking the race lead from Lynton.
Seton had dominated much of the race in the Audi TTRS he shared with
Tony Alford, however a DNF was all he had to show for the effort.
Second outright was the #1 Sherrin Racing BMW135i of reigning champions Grant and Iain Sherrin.
The siblings took out Class B and the series title.
Boost issues saw Grant Sherrin start the race from the rear of the 30 car grid – he drove his way to 15th by the end of lap one, further carving his way up the grid to be fourth by lap 17.
Second in Class B and third outright for the race was the #11 Team DPO BMW 335i of Leigh Burges and this year’s Indy 500 rookie Matthew Brabham.
The Class C race win and the championship was taken by the #88 Dentbuster/Network Clothing Renault Megane of Francois Jouy and Franck Donniaux.
In Class D, the #50 Shockwave Signs Motorsport/Massel Toyota 86 of Jimmy Vernon and Mark Caine had an impressive run to take victory.
Class E saw a hard fought battle between the #9 Paul Currie/Jason Walsh Hurley Smash Repairs Suzuki Swift and the #72 TOA57D Motorsport Suzuki Swift of Alan Jarvis and Rob Jarvis with the combatants taking first and second.
With the Class I season title already in the bag, Kyle Alford and Carey McMahon #55 Donut King BMW1M were triumphant in the class with a sixth outright.
Kerrick Sports Sedan Series
Jack Perkins cruised to a commanding win to maintain an unbeaten record for the weekend at the western Sydney venue.
Driving away in the Audi A4, Perkins controlled the 10-lap affair to beat Tony Ricciardello in is Alfa Romeo GTV.
Perkins clocked the fastest lap of the race with a 1:30.14s which was .5s quicker than Ricciardello’s best lap.
Australian Sports Racer Series
After sealing the title on the opening day of action, Roger I’Anson clocked a win in Race 2, beating Josh Cranston and Philip Hughes.
I’Anson cruised to the win by more than 11s in his West WR 1000.
The final race of the season saw I’Anson continue his rare form, beating Race 1 winner Laucke by almost 20s with Cranston third.
Superkarts Australia National Series
Victorian Ilya Harpas completed a golden weekend by winning the final heat.
Harpas, who captured the opening two races the day before, beat Queenslanders Russell Jamieson and Jason Smith.
Australian Formula 3 Premier Series
Tim Macrow proved unstoppable claiming Races 2 and 3 to complete a clean sweep of the weekend.
Macrow had more than 2.5s up his sleeve at the end of the 9 Lap second race, beating Cameron Shields who clocked the fastest lap of the heat.
In the final 15 lap affair, Macrow had just under two seconds to spare by beating Gilmour Racing’s Jon Collins.
