The seven-time Bathurst 1000 winner led the way in class across both days of racing, as the only Production 4WD competitor to complete both days of running.
Through a faultless performance across both days, the Chevrolet Silverado ZR2 completed the full race with a combined time of 6h54m21s.
Of the 125 starters on Day 2, Lowndes was the 91st competitor across the line, trailing the Toyota LandCruiser of Hank Parker and Leslie Tattam by 10 seconds.
As Parker and Tattam failed to finish on Day 1, the Supercheap Auto Racing pair only had to finish Day 2 to take class victory.
Lowndes and Moscatt finished Day 1 almost 20 seconds clear of the Ford Ranger Raptor of Geoff Pickering/Dylan Watson and Mark Robertson/Ron Griffiths, who did not start Day 2.
The win serves as vindication for Lowndes and Moscatt, having failed to finish their Finke debut in 2024 with a suspension issue.
