A one-hectare property at 404 Conrod Straight, Mount Panorama, has been listed for sale though @realty.
The property sits to driver’s right at the exit of Forrest’s Elbow, so named after motorcycle racer Jack Forrest crashed there in 1947.
Its place in Great Race folklore includes Dick Johnson’s crash through the trees in 1983 and Chaz Mostert’s overtake on an out-of-fuel Jamie Whincup in 2014.
The property features a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home built circa 1962, boasting views back towards the Bathurst township.

It’s the latest in a series of Mount Panorama properties to come up for sale in recent times.
Bathurst 12 Hour winner Kenny Habul famously bought a property on Conrod in 2020 and is believed to have snapped up a second late last year.
