Nissan Motorsport has made light of the battered nature of its second place finishing Altima at Bathurst in a post-event presentation to James Moffat.
In front of the team’s staff at its Melbourne workshop, Moffat was presented with “a new company car” featuring a heavily race-taped front-end.
The look reflects that of the Altima which Moffat drove to the line at Bathurst on Sunday which had twice been crashed by co-driver Taz Douglas at Griffins Bend.
Douglas filmed the presentation on his phone, mimicking his podium antics after the Great Race.
