Supercars sales chief John Casey has left his role at the championship to take up a marketing position at subscription television provider Foxtel.
Casey held the chief sales and marketing position at Supercars but has operated in several roles at the organisation.
He worked as the event director for the Liqui-Moly Bathurst 12 Hour while playing a key role in overseeing the emergence of the SuperUtes series, before a restructure saw those duties taken over by Kurt Sakzewski.
Prior to joining Supercars, Casey worked in marketing positions at the National Broadband Network (NBN) and telecommunications giant Vodafone, which has seen become one of Supercars' key sponsors.
Casey is due to begin his new group director of marketing job at Foxtel on March 22.
