Randle has withdrawn after feeling unwell in the aftermath of a Saturday race in which he suffered a cool suit failure.
The 30-year-old completed qualifying duties this morning before reporting to the medical centre for further checks.
Winterbottom, who will co-drive with Cam Waters in the Enduro Cup, is at Hidden Valley on TV duties.
It’ll mark 2015 Supercars champion Winterbottom’s first single-driver race start since his farewell event with Team 18 at the 2024 Adelaide 500.
Winterbottom’s last single-driver race appearance with Tickford came at the 2018 Newcastle 500.
The 45-year-old was still on TV duties in the moments before the Super2 Series support race before getting the call-up to drive.

“We spoke on the grid that Thomas isn’t feeling very well, so I’m going to ditch this shirt and put a race suit on,” Winterbottom said on the broadcast.
“You’ll see me on track pretty soon. I’ll be hanging on for dear life, but if I could pick a track, it’d be Darwin.”
Randle’s withdrawal is the second of the day, with Brodie Kostecki having earlier been replaced by his co-driver Todd Hazelwood.
Kostecki had carried an illness into the weekend and also required medical attention after finishing third in the Saturday race.
Hazelwood qualified 13th while Winterbottom will start from the back of the 24-car field.
