The pair were married in December 2015 and have become one of Australian motorsport’s most powerful couples with Lara as Craig’s manager.
Their romantic relationship has now come to an end, something Lowndes confirmed today via social media.
“It’s with sadness that Lara and I let you know we have separated,” he wrote.
“We continue to work together positively, keeping things on track.
“We won’t be making any further comment and appreciate your consideration around this.”
