The start of Supercars Race 2 at the Superloop Adelaide 500 has been delayed as officials address an issue with the Turn 1 tyre bundle.
It has been confirmed that the start of the race has been delayed by 20 minutes while work is carried out to cement an anchor plate which holds the tyre bundle to the kerb at the Senna chicane.
The delay is likely to mean the race, which was due to start at 1520 local time, will go time certain.
