V8 SuperTourers have made the bold prediction that the unique Kiwi two-make series will become one of the leading Championship in the Southern Hemisphere in five years.

The surprise prediction came from the series chief executive Didier Debae who believes the series can become a touring car superpower to surpass Australia’s V8 Supercar brand.
