The Dover 400, the 11th race of the 2019 NASCAR Cup Series, has been postponed due to rain.
The field did take to the circuit, which had dried after earlier precipitation, for pace laps but rain returned before the race got underway.
As such, the 400-lap race will be held on Monday (local time), when Hendrick Motorsports’ Chase Elliott will start from pole.
Joe Gibbs Racing’s Kyle Busch leads the series.
Elliott won a week earlier at Talladega in a wild finish for another Chevrolet driver, Kyle Larson.
