Cameron McConville will share a Wall Racing-prepared Lamborghini Huracan with Adrian Deitz in this year’s Australian Endurance Championship.
The campaign will begin next weekend at The Bend Motorsport Park’s Shannons Nationals meeting, while they will also enter the sprint round of the Australian GT Championship at Sydney Motorsport Park in August.
McConville and Deitz had also contested last year’s AEC in the same car when it ran out of the Zagame Motorsport stable, taking a podium at Highlands Motorsport Park.
“It’s great to have Adrian and Cameron join the team for the Endurance Championship this year,” said Wall Racing Team Owner David Wall.
“Cameron needs no introduction, he is a very experienced and accomplished driver and Adrian drove the car in the 2017 championship so both should feel comfortable from Practice 1 at The Bend.
“It is great for Wall Racing to welcome another customer to the business and also return to the Australian GT Championship, having had previously had success in the championship with Greg Taylor and Richard Gartner in previous seasons.”
Wall Racing will also run cars in the Porsche Michelin GT3 Cup Challenge at The Bend for Chelsea Angelo and Adrian Lengkeek, the latter of whom will race in Class B.
Shannons Nationals will be The Bend’s first competitive motorsport meeting on April 13-15.
