Formula Renault 3.5 Championship leader Oliver Rowland will sample a Red Bull F1 car at the latest World Series by Renault round at Silverstone on September 5-6.
Rowland has been awarded an outing in a 2013 Red Bull RB9 at the Northamptonshire circuit for his performances in the Renault 3.5 Championship, which has seen the Brit open up a 26 point lead at the top of the standings.
The 22-year-old Racing Steps Foundation driver has already experienced a spell behind the wheel of a F1 car when he drove a McLaren as part of his prize for winning the 2011 McLaren Autosport BRDC award.
Rowland's F1 drive arrives after an impressive showing on his GP2 debut at the British Grand Prix at Silverstone, where he scored two top 10 finishes.
