Watch Ivan Capelli smash the Victoria Park Sprint Circuit lap record at the Adelaide Motorsport Festival.

Capelli logged an impressive 42.57s effort around the 1.4km circuit behind the wheel of the 1989 Leyton House, he drove in period.

The lap eclipsed Tim Slade’s benchmark from last year by 0.5s.
