Jonathon Webb has scored additional backing for his Tekno Autosports car at Sydney Motorsport Park this weekend.
Webb's Commodore will be seen with Sargents Security branding, plus new sponsor Sydney Sea Doo.
In July, Sargents Security announced a four race deal with the Webb's Tekno entry, which included Townsville, Queensland Raceway, Bathurst and Homebush.
The security company has added to that deal, with Sargent Security logos featuring on the doors of the #19 car for Webb's home event.
The bonnet of Webb's car also features new backing from water craft company Sydney Sea Doo.
Having battled through 2012 with minimal corporate support, Tekno Autosport's commercial manager Paul Robinson says that the backing is a pleasant bonus.
“It's great to have Sargents and Sydney Sea Doo on the car this weekend,” Robinson told Speedcafe.com.
“Sargent's backing means they will be with us for five races this year, which really solidifies the relationship that little bit further.”
“The guys from Sargents Security have been great. They keep supporting us, which is tremendous.”
Robinson hinted that the Sargents' backing of Webb's entry may take on a special livery for the famous Bathurst 1000 race in October.
“We're looking forward to Bathurst because we're looking at doing something pretty big,” he confirmed.
“We're going to work through what the car may look like with them and they're going to have a pretty big contingent of guests at that race. They're going to have quite a bit of entertainment going on so we're going to do a bit of activation around that event.”
