Bathurst 12 Hour organisers have released a provisional 58-car entry list for February’s race, confirming the participation of a number of international GT3 teams.
The list has been revealed ahead of the final entry cut-off on February, December 16.
The line-up includes confirmation of the return of a two-car factory Bentley team run by UK-based outfit M-Sport.
Other internationals locked in are German squad HTP Motorsport, which will return to the race with a single Mercedes, and a two-car Porsche effort from Hong Kong-based Craft Bamboo.
Both HTP and Craft Bamboo return to Bathurst after missing this year’s event.
Of the 35 GT3 cars, Audi is the best represented marque with seven entries, all of which are prepared by Troy Russell’s local Audi Customer Racing Australia squad.
More entries are expected to be added before the final cut-off, with several teams that have announced Bathurst programs – including MARC BMW – not appearing on today’s list.
