A top 10 shootout headlines sweeping changes finalised for the schedule for the Liqui-Moly Bathurst 12 Hour from February 3-5.
Organisers have outlined the full schedule which includes the previously flagged qualifying format ahead of the once-around-the-clock classic.
The Pirelli Top 10 Shootout will be run immediately following a stand alone 20-minute session for the Class A GT3 runners in the afternoon.
Qualifying will commence in the morning with a 60-minute all-in session for the field that is preceded by an additional 60-minute practice session.
The top 10 runners will run in the traditional reverse order just after 3.30pm local time.
The 12 Hour will see three support categories across the weekend with Improved Production, Combined Sedans and the opening round of the Radical Australia Cup.
