M Motorsport has taken delivery of its first KTM X-Bow ahead of two driver evaluation test days that will take place next week.
As previously reported, Justin McMillan’s GT team has extended its association with German outfit Reiter Engineering by becoming the agent for the GT4 cars in Australia.
McMillan has previously run Reiter Lamborghinis Gallardos and Chevrolet Camaros but will switch to an X-Bow for February’s Liqui-Moly Bathurst 12 Hour.
The radically styled X-Bows have raced in GT4 competition in Europe since last year and are among a number of new cars expected to join the Australian GT Trophy Series next year.
McMillan’s first X-Bow will take to Winton on December 13 and Phillip Island on December 14 for testing by potential customers.
The team is offering a six-lap drive package for $1,000 and 10 laps for $1,500, with enquires to be fielded through justin@mmotorsport.com.au.
M Motorsport has committed to importing three cars over the off-season, with its Bathurst entry to be driven by KTM’s Reinhard Kofler, Reiter’s Tomas Enge and locals McMillan and Glen Wood.
