The MotoGP Australian Grand Prix remains set to collide with the V8 Supercars Gold Coast 600 next year following the release of a revised 2016 calendar.
Championship organisers have rescheduled four events while the Australian Grand Prix continues to be locked in for October 21-23, the same weekend as the Gold Coast 600.
The British Grand Prix has been moved to a September 4 date having been originally penciled in for July 17.
The date change will avoid the logistical nightmare of Silverstone hosting the race the week after the Formula 1 Grand Prix.
As a result, the German Grand Prix, held at the Sachsenring, will now occupy the July 17 date that had been awarded to the British round.
The Malaysian Grand Prix has also been shifted with the Sepang event pushed back two weeks to October 30.
The move will see the final round of the championship at Valencia held on November 13.
