New Zealand's V8 Supercars event at Pukekohe next year could be in November.
The New Zealand Herald reports that the 2013 V8 calendar is likely to feature Pukekohe towards the end of the season – a position the circuit held during the early 2000s before the country's V8 race was moved to the Hamilton street circuit in 2008.
In July, the Auckland Council secured the V8's future in NZ, signing a $10.6 million, five-year deal for the V8s to return to the race course track.
Pukekohe will undergo a revamp before the V8s return, including a new chicane on the back straight.
A V8 Supercars representative confirmed to the New Zealand Herald that the possible shift from April to November was not influenced by the track works.
While most major motor racing calendars have now been confirmed, Speedcafe.com reported recently that the calendar is likely to be released around the Armor All Gold Coast 600 in two weeks time.
