The V8 Ute Racing Series has released an unchanged calendar for its 2014 season.
The category will continue on the V8 Supercars support bill, starting in Adelaide before taking in the Barbagallo, Hidden Valley, Townsville, Sandown, Bathurst, Surfers Paradise and Sydney Olympic Park events.
The Holden versus Ford class continues to be a fan favourite, recently taking out Speedcafe.com’s fan poll for national-level circuit racing categories.
“We are really looking forward to the 2014 season,” said category manager Craig Denyer.
“The calendar pretty much mirrors this year, which saw us cover the majority of the country, and on all the primary V8 Supercar events.”
The 2013 season will conclude in Sydney next month, with defending series winner Ryal Harris leading the standings by 39 points over Rhys McNally heading to Sydney.
David Sieders and Nathan Pretty two points further adrift in equal third.
