Sebastien Buemi has lashed out at three different competitors after a bruising Formula E race in Montreal in which he lost the championship lead.
Buemi, who had sat atop the standings since the opening race of the season, was then disqualified when his car was found to be underweight by four kilograms.
The footage, taken immediately after the race when the Swiss had provisionally been classified fourth, shows Buemi initially taking umbrage at Antonio Felix da Costa when he believed that the Portuguese driver had hit him on the opening lap and caused steering damage.
When advised that Robin Frijns had actually made the contact, Buemi redirected his anger to the Dutchman, before finishing off the tirade by giving Daniel Abt a spray.
Buemi had hit Abt at pit entry before Abt did likewise at exit.
Buemi’s mood would not have improved when he was subsequently disqualified, leaving the Renault e.dams driver with a mountain to climb if he is to reclaim the championship lead from race winner Lucas Di Grassi in the final race of the season tomorrow morning (AEST).
