Championship leader Matthew Brabham headlines an eight-truck field as the Stadium Super Trucks make their competitive debut at the CrownBet Darwin Triple Crown.
Brabham currently leads the standings (332 points) after the most recent round supporting the Texas IndyCar race, narrowly ahead of fellow Australian Paul Morris (327), who is tied for second with defending champion Sheldon Creed.
Category founder Robby Gordon runs fourth (295), while overall Texas winner Gavin Harlien will also race at Hidden Valley.
The smaller than usual field is due to the short turnarounds between the Texas round of just a week earlier, the Darwin round, and another in China a fortnight later.
Stadium Super Trucks held a series of demonstrations at Hidden Valley in 2016 before the event was recently added to the 2017 calendar.
