Get Ready for the 2025 Gold Coast 500

The Gold Coast 500 is one of the most exciting events on the Supercars Championship calendar, held on the streets of Surfers Paradise. The temporary street circuit is known for its tight corners and concrete barriers, providing challenging, high-stakes racing. The Gold Coast 500 is made up of two 250km races over the weekend and serves first round of the finals series in 2025.

The 2025 Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500 will take place from Friday, October 24, to Sunday, October 26.

New Rules for 2025

The 2025 Supercars season introduces a new “Finals Series.” The Gold Coast 500 is the first round of this new format. While all drivers will compete in the races, only the top ten in the championship standings will be eligible to win the title. After the Gold Coast 500, the bottom three drivers in the Finals Series will be eliminated from championship contention.

How to Watch the Gold Coast 500

In Australia, every session of the event is broadcast live on Foxtel and streamed on Kayo Sports. The Seven Network will provide live, free-to-air coverage of the Supercars races on Saturday and Sunday. In New Zealand, the event is available on Sky Sport. Fans outside of Australia and New Zealand can stream the action on Superview.

The main Supercars races for the Gold Coast 500 are held in the afternoon on Saturday and Sunday. The Saturday race is scheduled to start at 3:15 PM AEST, and the Sunday race at 2:10 PM AEST.
