Craig Lowndes will this morning unveil a one-off livery for his TeamVortex Holden ahead of the weekend’s CrownBet Darwin Triple Crown.
The covers will come off Lowndes’ livery at a media event at Sanderson Middle School, Darwin late this morning.
It will mark the second time Triple Eight has run a one-off look at Hidden Valley following its ‘Red Dust’ charity scheme in 2008.
Lowndes heads to Darwin fourth in the championship standings following a strong start to the year in the team’s new third entry.
Triple Eight completed a test day with all three cars at Queensland Raceway last week, giving Lowndes added confidence ahead of the trip to the Top End.
