Hosted by the Sea Lake Off Road Club, he was a fraction under 4min ahead in the end abord the  Unlimited class Chev V8-powered Razorback. Second place went to Stuart Crowe (Class 1 buggy) with a further 68s to Dean Meginley (Class 10 Tatum/Honda) who completed the outright podium.

Patterson started fourth for the second of two day’s competition but became the front runner with the mechanical demise of Brett Plant (Class 9 Jimco/Chev), Robert Plant (Class 1 Jimco) and Jason Richards (Class 1 Chenoweth Millenium/Nissan).

Five minutes behind Meginley in fourth was Evan Lampard who finished second in Class1 and ahead of the Class 4 winner Peter Sibson (Bennett Trophy Truck) by 4mins. They were followed by Travis Conrad in his debut in Class 10, Joe Marshall (Class 1 Southern Cross) and Class 10 rivals Mark Hubbard and Jesse Doodt.

Tenth was Mal Lynch who drove his Can Am X3 to Class 6 win. In 17th was the winning Class 2 entry of Adrian Coatsworth, one position ahead of Mark Deacon (Holden Rodeo) who took out Class 5 honours. They were followed by the Class 7 entries of Darren Gill and Connor Cooper.

The Club Series will next be at the Rainbow Rises 240 on August 23-25.
