A Clipsal 500 Adelaide iPhone App will be launched tomorrow ahead of this month’s 13th running of the iconic street event.
The Clipsal 500 Adelaide App will provide event goers with driver and team information, V8 Supercars session results and the latest race program.
The App will also feature an interactive track map with GPS icons to help race fans navigate around the Adelaide parklands precinct.
Tweets from the Clipsal 500 Adelaide’s official twitter account will be delivered by the App, in addition to those from the V8 Supercars drivers.
Prizes will be in offer through the App, including Double Trackside Super Passes to the 2012 event.
Adelaide radio station Nova 91.9 will help launch the App tomorrow, with the promotion taking to Rundle Mall, Pulteney Street and King William Street in Adelaide’s city centre between 12:30pm-1:30pm.
The 2011 Clipsal 500 Adelaide will be held from March 17-20, and serves as Event 2 of the 2011 International V8 Supercars Championship.
