Stewards have deemed Simona de Silvestro to be at fault instead of James Golding for a late race clash with Lee Holdsworth following a post-race review.
Officials initially handed Golding a 15 second time penalty after they deemed the Garry Rogers Motorsport driver to have turned around Holdsworth at the exit of Turn 9 on lap 34 of Race 13.
De Silvestro was fighting for 18th position with the pair when the trio of cars ran three wide briefly before contact ensued.
Upon a review of the footage, stewards have issued de Silvestro a 20 second penalty dropping the Nissan driver from 18th to 22nd.
As a result, Golding climbs one position to 20th and his penalty has been rescinded.
RESULTS UPDATE: James Golding 15 second penalty for contact with @LeeHoldsworth @prestonhirercng has been reversed as he was found not to be at fault. He moves up to P20 #VASC
