A slightly expanded field of 14 V8 Utes will take to Winton Motor Raceway for the opening points round of the series this weekend.
Winton was originally set to serve as the curtain call for V8 Utes but will now mark Round 1 of the final, six-round series.
There will be a net increase of three entries from the 11 which contested a non-points round at Phillip Island in April, where Ryal Harris won all three races.
Peter Burnitt returns after a partial campaign in 2016, during which he was penalised for triggering a seven-car pile-up on the Gold Coast.
Sieders Racing Team Toyota 86 regular Cameron Crick will make his V8 Utes debut with the team, while Maxim Erickson, Christopher Formosa, and New Zealand V8 Utes driver Matt Spratt are the other additions.
Peter Ward and Nandi Kiss will be absentees after racing at Phillip Island.
The Winton Super Sprint will be held this weekend, May 19-21.
