The fastest cars are in the GTP class, which features prototypes from Porsche, Cadillac, Acura, BMW, and Lamborghini.
LMP2 is for slightly slower prototypes and is effectively exclusive to the Oreca 07, given its popularity.
GT3 cars can race in GTD Pro or GTD. The main difference between the two classes comes down to FIA driver categorisation.
GTD Pro entries can be made up entirely of Platinum or Gold rated drivers whereas GTD must feature either Silver or Bronze rated drivers.
