After topping Friday qualifying the Whincup/Dumbrell Holden has been trimmed into $2.75 (7-4).
Speedcafe.com’s betting partner Ladbrokes has seen the odds about the second Red Bull car of Craig Lowndes and Warren Luff ease to $4.50 after the car qualified sixth fastest.
Both team cars continue to dominate betting in an otherwise open betting race.
The Ford Performance Racing Falcon of Mark Winterbottom and Steven Richards is on the third line of betting at $7 ahead of the Holden Racing Team combination of James Courtney and Greg Murphy at $9.
Another mover in the market is the Brad Jones Racing Holden commandeered by Jason Bright and Andrew Jones which has shortened into $9 after qualifying third fastest.
The Triple Eight Race Engineering-run #10 Xbox-backed Commodore which is being run by highly decorated internationals Andy Priaulx and Mattias Ekstrom has blown out to $126 after qualifying 18th.
In straight shootout betting, the #1 Commodore is an even money favourite to claim the top starting berth for the 161-lap race, ahead of the #5 Falcon at $5.5.
The top 10 grid positions will be determined by the traditional single lap shootout which will commence at local time.
