The Bend and a possible twilight race at Queensland Raceway feature on the TA2 Muscle Car Series calendar for 2019.
The six-round season will take in five circuits across the eastern states and a first visit to The Bend in South Australia.
Sydney Motorsport Park serves as the season-opener when TA2 supports Round 1 of Australian Production Cars on the first weekend of March.
There are three rounds on the Australian Motor Racing Series program, namely Round 2 at Morgan Park, Round 3 at The Bend, and Round 5 at Sydney Motorsport Park.
Round 4 runs on a state-level meeting at Winton, while the finale at Queensland Raceway at the start of November will be sanctioned by RACERS.
According to TA2 organisers, the latter could feature a twilight endurance race on the Saturday evening, pending the installation of lights from mid-year.
“We have tried to maintain the balance of lower cost racing, which has been the success of TA2 in its infancy, while expanding the series to include different experiences for the drivers, higher profile media coverage and variety in the race formats,” said series manager Craig Denyer.
“We are keen to do an endurance race of at least one hour, which may be double points during the season, and follow the progress of Queensland Raceway’s lighting programme which could offer something special for TA2 as a final round.”
Ashley Jarvis won last year’s series.
