The Touring Car Masters, presented by Autobarn, has announced its final series calendar with confirmation that the category will headline the Muscle Car Masters at Eastern Creek Raceway.
The Muscle Car Masters is a celebration of Australia’s touring car greats, and will be the fourth round of this year’s Touring Car Masters series, held on September 3-5.
Touring Car Masters Chairman Chris Stillwell said that the match between his category and the Masters meeting is perfect.
“The synergy between the Muscle Car Masters and the Touring Car Masters is self-evident and we are confident that this event is the best choice for our remaining event of the season,” he said.
“We have had lengthy negotiations with Muscle Car Masters promoters to ensure we can deliver the best possible race package for the fans, and we are delighted to once again be part of the action in what is arguably the best event of its kind in Australia.”
The Muscle Car masters is an annual event, held on Father’s Day, featuring muscle car racing, demonstrations, displays and merchandise sales.
Muscle Car Masters is the Touring Car Masters’ only non-V8 Supercar event. See below for final TCM calendar.
The next stop for the Touring Car Masters presented by Autobarn is round three at Hidden Valley Raceway (Darwin, NT) on 18-20 June.
