Wilson Security’s medical services arm Wilson MedicOne has taken naming rights sponsorship of this weekend’s 250km Dunlop Series race at the Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000.
The race, which marks the first time that the format will be used in the second-tier class, will be officially known as the Dunlop Series – Wilson MedicOne Enduro.
The Wilson Group purchased the Western Australian-based MedicOne, which provides medical training services, earlier this year under its Wilson Health banner.
A 28-car field is set to take part in the Dunlop Series event this weekend, featuring nine drivers who will also compete in the Bathurst 1000.
Each entry will be required to take on at least two tyres and 80 litres of fuel during an in-race pitstop, proving a new challenge for the Dunlop crews.

Several teams have unveiled new sponsors ahead of the race, which will be broadcast live on Seven’s television coverage.
