The motorsports year is just about to head into its summer break with this weekend featuring two shows wrapping-up their years.
V8 Supercars
Tune into the final episode of the year of V8Xtra from 1pm Saturday on Seven for all the glitz and glamour from the V8 Supercar Gala Awards. Hosts Neil Crompton, Mark Skaife and Mark Larkham will take you through a one-hour special including all the colour and excitement from the evening.
Special guests include outgoing champion Jamie Whincup and this year’s title winner James Courtney. There will also be special appearances by Matt White, Aaron Noonan and Briony Ingerson. Plus a look back at all the highs and lows from throughout the year.
Look out for the red carpet interviews with Larko and Briony.
On the wireless
Crompton and Skaife can be heard on Triple M in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane on Saturday morning. This week’s grand final show for 2010 includes guests Mark Webber, James Courtney, golfer and rev head Stuart Appleby, and Greg Rust with split personalities.
